The Technical Assistant is the prime interface between Drilling Department and Finance Department. He works very closely with Senior Drilling Engineers and Drilling Director, to ensure that all financial matters related to drilling operations are timely handled.
The Civil Works Technician is the Company representative monitoring all the civil works activities of the Contractor at the site. He is responsible to monitor water well drilling and construction of the well site. He will ensure that Contractor is carrying out those activities as per Program and Plan developed by Civil Engineer. He will ensure that those activities are carried out according to Client HSE procedures. His prime responsibility is to supervise and ensure that activities under his responsibilities are performed in safe and efficient manners at all times.
The Fluid Specialist plans, supervises, and controls Drilling Fluids and Cementing activities in all aspects (engineering and operations) ensuring quality, reliability as well as safety and efficiency. The job holder works with Service Contractor to write the operation programs, supervises the operations on site as required, pursues continuous improvement in overall performance of drilling fluids & cementing activities.
The Senior Drilling Engineer provides, prior to each well, a proper drilling program, with engineering and operational recommendations. He supervises on site the execution of specific jobs and ensures that proper evaluation and reporting on well operations are maintained. Maintains a commitment to improve the drilling performance.
The Night Drilling Supervisor is responsible for the drilling /workover operations progress on site, under supervision of Day Drilling Supervisor (DSV) and in line with issued Drilling / Workover program. During his shift, he ensures that operations are performed as per procedures and according to the Company SSHE rules.
The Material Man at rig site is in charge of proper reception at rig site, of all equipment and material sent by Client contractors and sub-contractors, in relation with drilling operations. In coordination with the Drilling Supervisor, he ensures that material and equipment received are coherent with the Cargo Manifest.
The Logistics Superintendent plans, supervises, and controls logistics activities to / from all the drilling rigs as required by the drilling operations. He works very closely with Drilling Superintendent and Senior Drilling Engineers to ensure that personnel, equipment and services are delivered to drilling rigs on time with no delay. He participates to all daily operations meetings.
The HSE Officer at rig site is the prime person in charge of implementing Client HSE policies during all operations on the rig and HSE policies all over the well site. In coordination with Drilling Supervisor, he ensures that pre-jo safety meetings are held on and around the rig site for each job as required.

The Wellsite Geologist, together with his/her back-to-back, is the Company’s subsurface representative on the rig and is responsible for ensuring that the subsurface objectives for the well(s) are achieved as defined by the Rapport d’Implantation (Geological Programme) and other well planning documentation.
