Altea Energy has appointed an external DPO, a personal data protection lawyer, who carries out audits every 6 months to ensure our permanent compliance with the GDPR.
Our DPO is declared to the CNIL, the GDPR authority body in France.
To ensure the implementation of our compliance, a data governance guide has been made available to our heads of departments. This guide serves as a reference for them on the processes, the document models and the steps to follow.

Altea Energy ensures that it signs a GDPR subcontract with its main service providers, in order to ensure the protection of the personal data transferred.
The transfer of personal data between Altea Energy and its subsidiaries outside the EU is also governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Altea Energy ensures that its main management tools are hosted on servers within the European Union, and are GDPR compliant.
