  • SPECIFY REQUIREMENTS

    We assess your context and your environment and validate with you the scope of work, specific requirements, positions and skills requested, budget and timeframe.

  • SOURCE & ADVERTISE

    We advertise your job offer and source candidates through various sources: Altea Energy’s network, internal database, job boards, and social media.

  • SCREEN CANDIDATES

    We screen and select the best candidates through a selective process: CV selection, interviews, soft skills assessment, qualifications and reference check.

  • SUBMIT CVs
    & FOLLOW UP

    We send you a minimum of 3 CVs per position, along with key profile information: experience summary, report on soft skills, availability, updated certificates and recommendations. We ensure a close follow up with you and the consultant until the onboarding is completed.

Global Mobility

Our multilingual team specializes in international logistics and immigration and mobilizes consultants on your nuclear projects anywhere in the world (France, Finland, United Kingdom, Germany, Slovakia, South Africa, China…), in compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • CONTRACTING & ONBOARDING

    We issue the consultant’s international & local assignment contracts in accordance with employment and tax laws in the country of operation. We then manage the consultants’ onboarding process as well as the implementation of the required insurances (liabilities, health and repatriation, disability & death).

  • IMMIGRATION

    We manage the administrative paperwork from A to Z in compliance with local laws & regulations: visas, work permits, residence permits.

  • MOBILIZATION

    We mobilize the consultant in the country of operation: management of local and international logistics from home to site, flight tickets and accommodation booking, meet & greet, and rotation schedules.

  • PAYROLLING & EMPLOYMENT OF RECORD (EOR)

    We act as Employer of Record (EOR) as needed and we manage consultants’ payroll in compliance with the local laws & regulations, whether for locals or expatriates.

  • ASSIGNMENT FOLLOW-UP

    Our team is available 24/7 to ensure a constant support for your operations. We ensure client and consultant satisfaction throughout the assignment and manage client issues or emergencies.

Headhunting

We have developed a streamlined methodology of headhunting profiles to enable you to employ and train in-house nuclear experts for your long-term projects. Our search and selection team masters the direct approach and ensures compliance with ethical and deontological procedures.

    We plan interviews with candidates and your teams and participate in them, on request, to validate certain criteria with you (soft skills, etc.).

  • SELECT CANDIDATE

    You select the profile of your choice and set up the employment contract with the candidate. Our service is remunerated exclusively once you have approved the suggested candidate.
