Interview with Nicolas Kotliar, Founder & General Manager and Pamela Bobillier, Business Transformation Director of Altea Energy, about their collaboration with Data Legal Drive.

“Beyond any legal obligation, we were keen to protect the personal data processed by Altea Energy, which is a considerable asset as it is at the heart of the recruitment business. We wanted to treat the data of our various contacts ethically. The challenge for us was to live up to their trust, by ensuring transparent management and protecting their personal data.”

“Beyond any legal obligation, we were keen to protect the personal data processed by Altea Energy, which is a considerable asset as it is at the heart of the recruitment business. We wanted to treat the data of our various contacts ethically. The challenge for us was to live up to their trust, by ensuring transparent management and protecting their personal data.

In order to carry out our GDPR compliance project, we called on an external Data Protection Officer to guide us on the legal aspects of the regulation, and chose Data Legal Drive for its implementation.

Adapted to the complexity of multinationals and large international groups, the Data Legal Drive software supports us in managing our compliance and data processing.

We were guided to map all personal data processing with their purposes, recipients, sensitive data collected and processed. Data Legal Drive allows to build step by step a register of GDPR processing. Thanks to numerous dashboards, companies can justify their accountability at any time to their customers, employees, service providers, subcontractors, prospects as well as to the control authorities.

Through the GDPR platform, it is possible to monitor and react efficiently to potential personal data breaches and requests from data subjects regarding their data. Businesses can also keep abreast of the latest changes brought about by the GDPR, anticipate their impacts and quickly adapt their contracts to comply with the guidelines set out in the GDPR.

Thanks to Data Legal Drive, all departments and managers of Altea Energy as well as its subcontractors could participate in the project.

During the deployment of the project, the Support team was in charge of our onboarding, accompanying us in the use of the tool, its handling and the implementation of new processes. The team is available with dedicated, responsive contacts who listen to our needs. The fact that we were able to exchange information via the platform chat allowed us to quickly raise any questions or problems encountered in managing the tool. If I had to describe the solution in one sentence, I would say that Data Legal Drive is a real facilitator of compliance with the GDPR!”
