General Description

To ensure that the operational programmers are safely implemented at the GBRS-CPF process site according to approved standards and procedures. To work with GBRS co-worker and motivate them to perform to high operational and safety standards. He will also provide regular input as to how operations can be improved. He will take ownership for ensuring that materials and personnel requirements for ongoing operations are identified and communicated to the manager and/or other discipline manager in a timely manner.

Responsible for

  • Day to day planning and CPF site supervision/leadership of work teams, executing production & operation and support activities.
  • Provide daily monitoring, evaluation, analysis of production and chemical injection performance.
  • Personal hand-on and training for local staffs along with execution of operational requirements.
  • Proactively working major schedule issues with other leadership team members such as: Head of Instrument, Mechanical, Engineering and HSE.
  • Planning, resourcing and coordinating the activities of the various groups involved in the daily operation and plant controlled shutdown and start-up activities.
  • Oversee the ongoing activities, address issues and report progress to the manager
  • Supervise and ensure proper material use. Issue the work, material, service requisition etc. in the properly schedule.
  • Preparation and administration of Work Permits, Isolations lockout-tag out and other Work Management processes.
  • Forward looking information that identifies expected performance and comparisons against performance and production targets.
  • Providing updates into the daily, weekly and monthly progress reporting structure.
  • Give support to work preparation, planning and scheduling activities including shutdown/maintenance campaign.

Work experience requirements

A minimum of 07 years’ experience in production operation and process with at least 02 years in leader position or higher. The candidate should has good relationship with Local facility Service / Operator Company in BRS site.

The following experience are required:

  • Has experience with processing unit as Oil, Gas and Water Treatment, Gas & Air compressor, Heating medium, Oil and Gas storage and export.
  • Implement HSE policies.
  • Site and hand-on experience.
  • Working knowledge of international codes and standards and the application to the operation of oil and gas facilities.
  • Interpersonal and Human management skill is necessary.
  • Production chemistry/Flow assurance (scale, hydrates, wax, and corrosion) is preferable.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in production operation or petroleum chemistry or related field.
  • Chartered as a member of a recognized international professional body is desirable.
  • Good command of written and spoken English (spoken French is preferred).
  • Good knowledge of computer applications Production & Process
  • Risk management, Safety supervisory course
