Main missions

The HSE Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing safety policies and procedures within the company. They oversee daily activities related to health, safety, and environment to minimize risks and incidents. Additionally, they ensure effective communication between operational teams and HSE managers to ensure a smooth implementation of policies.

Job activities

  • HSE Policy Development: Developing and implementing HSE policies aligned with current standards and regulations.

  • Training and Awareness: Organizing training sessions to familiarize staff with safety rules and good HSE practices.

  • Risk Assessment: Identifying, evaluating, and managing safety, health, and environmental risks.

  • Regular Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.

  • Incident Management: Handling HSE incidents, investigations, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on incidents, audits, and corrective measures.

  • Team Coordination: Coordinating between operational teams and HSE services to ensure compliance and safety.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proposing initiatives to enhance HSE performance and reduce risks.
