[SURVEY] 2026 annual satisfaction: 84% of our consultants recommend Altea Energy

Every year, we invite our community of energy consultants to share their feedback and assess the experience we provide at every stage, from the first contact through to the end of their assignment.

In 2026, half of our active consultants responded to our survey. Their feedback confirms the quality of our support in the field and helps shape our priorities for the year ahead.

A satisfaction survey at the heart of our continuous improvement approach
with our consultant community

First launched in 2022, our annual consultant satisfaction survey is an integral part of the ISO 9001-certified quality management system implemented across all Altea Energy subsidiaries.

This year, the survey was sent to all our active consultants across every country in which we operate.

The response rate reached 50%, up from 38% last year.

“As every year, we assessed the entire consultant journey: onboarding, immigration procedures, travel logistics, the Consultant Portal, HSE, payments and communication with each of our teams,” explains Pamela Bobillier, Business Transformation Director at Altea Energy.

Key figures from the 2026 survey:

  • 84% of our consultants would recommend Altea Energy to their professional network (rating of 8/10 or higher), a level that has remained above 80% since 2023.
  • Overall satisfaction reached an average score of 8.3/10, with 78% of respondents rating our services 8/10 or higher, a significant improvement compared with 2023.

Smooth international mobilisation,
from the first contact to arrival on the client’s site

Our consultants expressed particularly high satisfaction with the key stages of their international mobilisation:

  • 90% rated the management of their immigration procedures (visa applications, work permits and residence permit renewals) as “good” or “excellent”.
  • 88% gave the same rating to their onboarding experience, which now combines digital tools with personalised support.
  • 88% also rated their travel arrangements positively.

Notably, communication with the International Mobility team received the highest score in the survey, with 91% positive feedback, improving for the second consecutive year.

“Before each departure, we review the consultant’s visa, work permit and travel arrangements with them, and we remain available until they arrive on site. Seeing that this level of support is appreciated in the survey is a real source of pride for the entire team,” says Yen Duong, Head of Global Support.

The teams responsible for consultant selection (89%) and our local teams (86%) complete the top three for communication satisfaction.

Consultant Portal and support management:
a winning combination for consultant support in 2026

The Consultant Portal, a cornerstone of our digital transformation strategy since 2023, received 88% positive feedback.

Its latest improvements, developed in response to consultant feedback, provide greater transparency in administrative tracking and payments.

In 2026, we also centralised support for consultants on assignment: all requests now go through a single channel within our support management system and are routed directly to the appropriate team.

“Consultants were not always sure which team to contact depending on their request, whether it involved submitting a timesheet, changing a flight booking or obtaining an administrative document. Since February, all requests have been centralised in our support management system and assigned directly to the person responsible for handling them. The initial feedback on this new centralised approach is very encouraging and suggests that it is significantly improving the consultant experience,” adds Pamela Bobillier.

Among consultants who have used the service:

  • 89% found it easy to use.
  • 81% considered it an improvement over the previous system.

“Dare to care”:
what our consultants value most about their experience

When asked what they appreciate most about Altea Energy, consultants highlighted clear and transparent communication as their top priority (mentioned by one-third of respondents), followed by responsive and caring support, team professionalism and quick response times:

  • “Communication with the entire Altea Energy team is excellent.” Maurizio, Rigless Superintendent, Tunisia
  • “Every step with Altea Energy is transparent, from contract signing to mobilisation.” Prince, HSE Engineer, Algeria
  • “The Altea Energy team communicates well. Someone even speaks my language, which makes things much easier.” Tuan, HSE Supervisor, Oman
  • “There is always someone from the Altea Energy team available whenever I need help.” Alessandro, Drilling Engineer – Fluids & Cement, Algeria

“Many of our consultants contact us from remote sites and work across different time zones. They expect a quick response from someone who understands their situation and can provide the assistance they need. We work towards this every day, and we are pleased to see that our commitment is reflected in their feedback,” adds Yen Duong.

A certified quality management approach, renewed through 2029

In 2026, Altea Energy renewed its ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) certifications for another three years, along with its Qualianor certification for the nuclear sector.

Our consultant, client and candidate satisfaction surveys are a key pillar of this approach.

The 2026 results are already informing departmental action plans, with one clear objective: to make the consultant experience increasingly seamless, from preparing for mobilisation on site through to demobilisation.

A big thank you to all the consultants who took the time to share their experiences.
