Certified with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) since 2020, Altea Energy has successfully completed its third certification cycle, confirming the strength and maturity of its QHSE management system at an international scale.
Altea Energy recertified ISO:
zero non-conformities across all subsidiaries
From March 23 to 26, 2026, Altea Energy underwent a four-day recertification audit covering all its subsidiaries: Saint-Cloud (France), Algiers and Hassi Messaoud (Algeria), Dubai (UAE), Maputo (Mozambique), as well as the three UK sites of its subsidiary TEAM Energy (London, Aberdeen and Norwich).
The outcome is clear: zero non-conformities, and one opportunity for improvement (OFI) identified, relating to the traceability of fire evacuation drills in certain offices which are service managed.
“We are very proud of the conclusions of this external audit, which validate our ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 recertification for the next three years. This result confirms that our management system fully meets ISO requirements in terms of quality, continuous improvement, reduction of our environmental footprint, and occupational health and safety,” said Pamela Bobillier, Transformation Director at Altea Energy.

TEAM Energy integrated into the certification scope:
strengthening Altea Energy’s presence in Europe and the Middle East
This recertification carries particular significance: for the first time, it includes the three sites of TEAM Energy, a UK-based subsidiary specialized in technical assistance and engineering support since 1987, acquired by Altea Energy in 2025.
One of the key strengths highlighted by the auditor is the scalability of the Group’s management system. In just a few weeks, all ISO processes were successfully deployed across the new sites, without compromising quality or compliance.
“The integration of TEAM Energy into our certification scope is a real demonstration of the robustness of our organization. Our processes are structured to adapt quickly to new environments,” confirmed Abid Raja, Managing Director of TEAM Energy.

A structured, digitalized and operational QHSE management system for energy players
The auditor particularly highlighted three key pillars of Altea Energy’s management system:
- Structured and scalable system: the rapid deployment of ISO processes across TEAM Energy’s new sites demonstrates the Group’s ability to integrate new entities seamlessly while maintaining high standards.
- Effective implementation in the field: beyond documented procedures, the operational application of each process was verified, ensuring consistency across all levels of the organization.
- Full digitalization and end-to-end traceability: from identifying a business opportunity to mobilizing a consultant on the client’s site, the entire process is documented and traceable through Altea Energy’s integrated platform, ensuring full transparency in service delivery.

Team safety and well-being:
Altea Energy’s “dare to care” in action across all subsidiaries
At Altea Energy, caring for people is not just a stated value, it is a daily practice, embodied by Mohand Toudert, HSE Supervisor.
Mohand regularly conducts QHSE inspections across all subsidiaries: checking fire extinguishers, reviewing evacuation plans, auditing workstation ergonomics, and assessing working conditions for teams.
These inspections result in concrete improvement plans aimed at ensuring employee well-being and optimized working conditions.
Before each assignment, consultants also benefit from a personalized HSE induction (briefing by the HSE Supervisor and delivery of an HSE manual), ensuring they arrive on site with the right safety practices, ahead of the HSE training provided by the client.
“Every inspection, every briefing, every corrective action reflects our deep commitment to protecting the people who bring our projects to life. Safety is not just another process, it is a responsibility we collectively uphold, for our teams and our consultants, wherever they are in the world,” explains Mohand Toudert, HSE Supervisor at Altea Energy.
ISO recertification in the energy sector:
a collective success across the entire Group
This second consecutive renewal of its ISO certifications confirms that Altea Energy has built, over time, a robust QHSE management system, firmly rooted in operational reality and shared by all its teams worldwide.
“This result is above all a collective success. It rewards the daily commitment of all our teams, across all our offices, who rigorously and confidently apply and bring our processes to life. We warmly thank them,” concludes Armand R. Pasteur, co-Founder and President at Altea Energy.
Altea Energy will continue this momentum. The next step will be an annual surveillance audit scheduled for 2027, as well as obtaining ISO 19443 certification, a standard specific to the nuclear sector, extending ISO 9001 by integrating nuclear safety requirements.
Note: Altea Energy’s ISO certifications are issued by Interface NRM under accreditation from UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service), the national accreditation body recognized by the UK government.
