On boarding

We provide a comprehensive on boarding program for all our new consultants joining Altea Energy.

This welcome pack will provide you with information and guidance on:

  • your assignment contract;
  • your login access to your dedicated web portal to submit your timesheets & expenses;
  • Altea Energy’s procedures & policies to follow.

Our team will support you throughout your contract for any information or advice you may need.

Consultant web portal

In order to offer you the best possible experience within our community of experts, we have developed a dedicated web portal, available 24/7, in order to secure and streamline our exchange of data throughout your assignment with us.

We provide you with a secured and customized access where you can :

  • share and download all necessary documentation for your onboarding process;
  • review all documents related to your assignment (contracts, payment notes, timesheets, expenses);
  • submit your timesheets and expenses every month and follow their validation status;
  • track your payments;
  • receive live messaging notifications (chat) from our Global Support team.

The Altea Energy team will provide you with a training session during your onboarding to walk you through the portal.


We partner with best-in-class immigration and mobility experts in all our countries of operation to meet with local compliance.

We constantly ensure that our immigration procedures are compliant with local laws and regulations in your country of assignment.

We manage for you the following paperwork:

  • visas
  • work permits
  • residence permits

During your assignment, our local partner and teams will ensure the renewal of your immigration documents, following up closely with the local authorities.


Our dedicated in-house Global Support team is in charge of your mobilization and demobilization on site.

We manage your flights and accommodation as well as the meet and greet in your country of assignment, to ensure smooth and secure travels during your rotations.

Our digital travel management platform allows a full flexibility to your bookings; we are one click away from changing your flight or adding a travel service!

A 24/7 support service comes with our travel platform, you’ll always have a trusted travel agent available in case of flight delays, cancellations and unexpected changes that we all know can happen at any time!


When joining Altea Energy, you are automatically enrolled in our Repatriation Insurance scheme so that you have all the coverage needed to work safely on your assignment, wherever it is in the world.

We also offer worldwide healthcare plans, as well as a death and disability insurance at a negotiated and preferential rate with our company insurer.

And because family is a core value to our Company, we have added the possibility to include your family members to the healthcare plan, so you can have complete peace of mind while on assignment.


We partner with expert agencies in immigration and relocation around the world to ensure that you are contracted and paid in full compliance with local laws & regulations wherever you may work.

We offer you the possibility to choose the bank account on which you would like to receive your payment, as long as it accepts your contract currency.

Your health & safety is our priority. Our HSE handbook, provided during the induction phase, will provide you with all the relevant information and guidance to protect your health and ensure your safety during your assignments with Altea Energy.

Our service delivery follows the highest international standards of quality, and we are proud to be ISO certified since 2020, with a renewal obtained in 2023, with the following accreditations:
