The HSE Technician assists the HSE manager in implementing and monitoring safety, health, and environmental measures at wind farm sites.
He/she participates in identifying and assessing occupational risks, as well as implementing necessary preventive measures to ensure the safety of workers and environmental protection.
He/she contributes to raising awareness and training staff on occupational risks specific to the wind industry, as well as on best practices in safety and environmental protection.
He/she ensures regular monitoring and control of safety installations and equipment at wind sites, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Assisting in the implementation of HSE measures: Assist the HSE manager in implementing and monitoring safety, health, and environmental measures at wind farm sites.
Evaluation of occupational risks: Participate in identifying and assessing occupational risks specific to the wind industry and propose preventive measures to reduce these risks.
Staff awareness and training: Contribute to raising awareness and training staff on occupational risks and best practices in safety and environmental protection.
Inspection of safety installations and equipment: Ensure regular monitoring and control of safety installations and equipment at wind sites, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with standards.
Incident management: Intervene in the event of an incident or accident on-site, providing immediate assistance to those involved and contributing to the investigation to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
