Main missions

The HSE Supervisor oversees and coordinates activities related to health, safety, and the environment at wind energy sites. He ensures that all operations are carried out in compliance with local regulations and international standards for safety and the environment.

He develops and implements policies, procedures, and programs to promote a culture of safety and environmental protection within the company and among its partners.

He provides training and awareness to staff on the risks associated with wind activities and best practices in safety and environmental management.

He conducts regular audits of sites and facilities to assess risks and identifies areas for improvement in safety and environmental practices.

Job activities

  • Site Operations Supervision: Monitor construction and operation activities at wind farms to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

  • Implementation of HSE Policies: Implement the company’s HSE policies and procedures, ensuring their effective application on the ground.

  • Training and Awareness: Organize training sessions on safety and environmental issues and raise awareness among staff about specific risks associated with wind activities.

  • Incident Management: Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or accidents on site, ensuring immediate medical care and conducting a thorough investigation to identify causes.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on site HSE performance, document incidents and corrective actions taken, and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.

  • Coordination with Authorities: Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with legal requirements for safety and the environment.
