Main missions

The HSE Manager develops and implements safety, health, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures at wind sites, in compliance with regulations and standards.

He/she supervises HSE teams in the field and coordinates risk prevention, inspection, and training activities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

He/she participates in identifying and assessing occupational risks specific to the wind energy sector and proposes preventive and corrective measures to reduce these risks and improve working conditions.

He/she monitors HSE performance indicators and participates in developing action plans to continuously improve safety, health, and environmental performance.

Job activities

  • Development of HSE policies: Develop and implement safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures at wind sites, in compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Supervision of HSE teams: Supervise and oversee HSE teams in the field, ensuring the implementation of safety and environmental measures and coordinating risk prevention activities.

  • Analysis of occupational risks: Participate in identifying and assessing occupational risks specific to the wind energy sector, and propose preventive and corrective measures to mitigate these risks.

  • Training and awareness: Organize training sessions and awareness programs on safety, health, and environmental issues for personnel working at wind sites.

  • Inspection and monitoring: Conduct regular inspections of wind sites to verify compliance with safety and environmental standards, and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Reporting and monitoring HSE indicators: Prepare periodic reports on HSE performance and participate in developing action plans to improve overall safety, health, and environmental performance.
