Main missions

The primary mission of the HSE Consulting Trainer is to develop and deliver specialized training programs in health, safety, and environmental practices within the oil and gas industry. This role involves devising strategies to enhance safety culture and ensuring the implementation of sound HSE practices within the organization.

Job activities

  • Development of Training Programs: Creation of tailored HSE training programs to suit specific requirements of the oil and gas sector.

  • Employee Training: Delivery of specialized training to employees on safety standards, HSE protocols, and operational procedures.

  • Training Needs Assessment: Analysis of HSE skill gaps and identification of training requirements.

  • Safety Advisory: Provision of specialized advice to enhance HSE practices in compliance with current regulations.

  • Educational Materials Development: Creation of training materials and educational documents to facilitate learning.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Assessment of training program effectiveness and monitoring compliance with HSE standards.

  • Safety Awareness Campaigns: Organization of awareness campaigns to promote a safety and responsibility culture.

  • Reporting and Recommendations: Preparation of evaluation reports on conducted training and recommendations to enhance existing programs.
