Main missions
The Fluids Engineer participates in the design and optimization of fluid circuits for nuclear reactors, cooling systems, and effluent treatment systems, taking into account safety standards, technical specifications, and operational requirements.
He/She performs numerical simulations and thermohydraulic analyses to assess the performance of fluid systems, identify concentration points, and propose improvement solutions to optimize performance and ensure the safety of installations.
He/She contributes to the development of specifications for equipment and components of fluid systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements, and ensuring cost and schedule control.
The Fluids Engineer collaborates with engineering and production teams for project implementation, providing technical support, coordinating development activities, and monitoring system performance.
Job activities

Fluid Systems Design: Design and model fluid circuits, heat exchangers, pumps, and valves for nuclear installations using simulation and modeling software.

Thermohydraulic Analysis: Conduct thermohydraulic analyses to assess the performance of cooling systems, detect anomalies, and propose optimization solutions to ensure the safety of installations.

Specification Development: Participate in drafting technical specifications and requirements for equipment and components of fluid systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.

Required skills
