Main missions

The Engineer Method is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving methods and work procedures related to energy production from renewable sources such as solar, wind, or hydroelectricity. He works closely with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.

He/She participates in analyzing the needs for work methods and production processes, and proposes innovative solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of renewable energy installations.

He/She is also responsible for implementing standards and best practices to ensure the quality, safety, and environmental compliance of operations.

Job activities

  • Development and optimization of work methods: Design and implement effective work methods for the construction, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy installations, taking into account technical, economic, and environmental constraints.

  • Analysis of production processes: Analyze existing production processes to identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs.

  • Management of continuous improvement projects: Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing operational performance, reducing production lead times, and minimizing risks.

  • Training and awareness of personnel: Train and raise awareness among staff on new work methods and best practices, and ensure regular follow-up to ensure their correct application.

  • Development of standards and procedures: Define and document work standards and procedures to ensure the quality, safety, and environmental compliance of operations.

  • Resource optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize material and human resources to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

  • Monitoring and evaluation of performance: Implement performance indicators to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of work methods, and propose adjustments if necessary.

  • Technological watch: Monitor technological developments in the field of renewable energies and production process management, and propose innovations to improve the performance of installations.
