Responsibilities and duties:
- Able to monitor and understand the progress of well operations
- Able to obtain the required data, carry out engineering analysis, recommend necessary actions by writing reports and doing customer’s presentations
- Able to quickly retrieve a lesson learned after each production well
- Able to liaise with specialist contractors and suppliers such as upstream companies…
- Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
- Give the required technical support to customers and propose solutions versus their challenges
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/RFQ
- Assist to customer’s meetings and do technical presentation
- Design, analyze and optimize artificial lift systems including but not limited to gas lift, ESP, rod lift, jet pump etc.
- Perform technical/ product training for sales people, estimators, and engineers at targeted accounts.
- Travel to project sites to preform start-up, integration, and training services
- Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts.
- Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects.
- Identify customer’s needs and sales opportunities to help future growth
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree within Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Technical Sales Support Engineer in oil and gas upstream industry.
- Specialized in Artificial lift design, analyze, optimization, selection and monitoring (SRD, ESP, JP, PCP, Gas Lift and BP) for oil fields.
- Have a solid oil fields experiences in services company.
- Read architectural, mechanical and electrical blueprints and have a solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical control systems
- Have established project management skills.
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Fully functional in Microsoft Office. Fluent written and spoken English.
