Main missions

The Operations Manager supervises all operational activities of nuclear power plants, ensuring that processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and regulations. He/She develops and implements operational strategies to optimize the performance of the facilities.

He/She collaborates closely with technical and maintenance teams to coordinate necessary interventions and repairs, ensuring minimal interruptions and maintaining continuity of operations. He/She also ensures the effective management of human and material resources.

The Operations Manager is responsible for risk management and implementing emergency plans to address any incidents or operational issues. He/She analyzes facility performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements corrective measures to ensure reliability and safety of operations.
