Having served as Operations Support within Altea Energy’s Mobility Department since 2023, and driven by his passion for deploying IT and AI tools, Paul Vergnes takes on new responsibilities as Head of Growth as of September 2025.
Paul Vergnes joined Altea Energy in January 2023 as Operations Support within the Mobility Department. He quickly established himself as a key player in the digital transformation of our services, contributing to the design of the Immigration platform, developed and launched in 2024.
This tool, designed to centralize and automate the management of immigration procedures, has significantly improved efficiency and transparency in supporting consultants mobilized abroad.
As a true collaborative project, the platform has become a cornerstone of Altea Energy’s digital ecosystem, streamlining team workflows and enhancing the experience of both consultants and clients.
“The Immigration platform is an ambitious project aimed at digitizing all the information related to the immigration procedures we manage. This tool enables advanced tracking, greater control of ongoing processes, and a valuable time saving,” Paul explained at the official launch.
In September 2025, Paul takes the next step in his career with his promotion to Head of Growth. This role recognizes both his operational expertise and his strategic vision for digitalizing business processes.
“Driven by a strong interest in IT development and artificial intelligence, my new mission is to help the company grow through digital solutions and operational excellence, while leveraging my in-depth knowledge of operations,” Paul says.
His responsibilities now include:
“Over the next 100 days, I will focus on identifying key areas for improvement and deploying IT/AI tools that can open up new business opportunities.
A major priority is the rollout of the ticketing system across all support departments. This tool is expected to significantly enhance our ability to provide faster and more accurate responses to internal and external requests, reinforcing Altea Energy’s commitment to agility and client satisfaction.
At the same time, I am continuing to build on fertile ground to prepare Altea Energy for a decisive step into artificial intelligence, with the aim of optimizing our daily operations and creating long-term value,” explains Paul.
