Altea Energy launches its new website dedicated to all energy players

In a constant dynamic of continuous improvement, the Altea Energy team is proud to launch its new website, aimed at companies and consultants in the energy sector. On the agenda: improvement of the candidate experience and the ergonomics of the job board, process automation and development of qualitative content.

A sleek design and optimized navigation for a better user experience

As part of its digital transformation, Altea Energy has undertaken an overhaul of its website in order to provide a better user experience to its visitors, companies and consultants in the energy sector (oil & gas, renewables and nuclear).

“We attach particular importance to the continuous improvement of our tools and processes. For this overhaul, we were keen to integrate all our services and conducted a collective reflection with the recruitment, global mobility and commercial teams. We have completely reworked the UX and UI-design to optimize the experience of our visitors on the website. Our objective was in particular to better address our different audiences, with a double entry “customer and consultant” on the home page, thus facilitating navigation towards the services which are dedicated to them”, explains Paméla BOBILLIER, Business Transformation Manager at Altea Energy.

An optimized job board to facilitate the search and submission of job applications

This overhaul goes hand in hand with the digitization of Altea Energy’s business processes. The integration of the website with the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) improves agility and responsiveness in the recruitment process.

“The automation of the publication of job offers as well as the integration of applications into our ATS allows our recruiters to reduce time-consuming manual tasks and to dedicate more time to qualitative exchanges with the selected candidates.” explains Eva BERTON, Head of Recruitment at Altea Energy.

The job board has thus been redesigned to facilitate the job search and the submission of applications, thanks to new features:

  • a search by keyword
  • a simplified application form
  • suggestions of missions corresponding to the criteria sought

“The entire Recruitment team is committed to offering the best possible experience to its candidates,” concludes Eva BERTON.

Quality content on our services and the challenges of our industry

This overhaul is aimed to bring more clarity to Altea Energy’s offering, particularly to our community of consultants. They will be able to find all the services dedicated to them as soon as they join Altea Energy, and throughout their assignment with us.

This new website also addresses companies in the energy sector, providing more details on our services in the following sectors: oil & gas, renewable energies and nuclear.

Finally, being a major challenge in our sector, Altea Energy dedicates a page to its QHSE policy, which is deployed in all departments and subsidiaries of the company.
