The Interface Lead is accountable for developing and rolling out the Interface and Risk Management Plan early during EXECUTE. Also, he is required to interface on a regular basis with interface single points of contact, proejcte manager, Drilling manager, subsurface managers, interface process leads, project controls and risk owners across the Owners, Contractor and Third-Party organizations.
Key responsibility is reporting to EPC 1 or EPC2/3, the Project Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the effective coordination of the engineering, procurement and construction areas on this project. Responsible of the supervision of PROJECT all activities to ensure adherence to contractual requirements, PROJECT specifications and procedures; to highlight design issues and ensure design input is appropriately shared amongst all engineering disciplines. Shall also be responsible of integrating the engineering input to Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning. He shall also be knowledgeable of the Start-up activities, participated in the pre-Start-up PSSR´s, troubleshooting, and clearance of punch-list and warranty items. Experience in performance testing and project close-out activities is mandatory.
Key responsibility is to Lead and Direct a multi-disciplinary and multinational team of professionals required for the project activities including Design, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up Operation, Performance Test and Handover to Operations Dept.
Key responsibility is to develop an Operational Readiness plan and lead its implementation to ensure there is a systematic process in place to verify that the new facilities are commissioned, started-up, operated and maintained safely, in the most cost-efficient manner. He/She must ensure that industry best practise across asset management and process safety is ingrained into the operational practices for the new facility. Within its area of responsibility, the Operations Readiness Engineer is accountable for the scheduling, execution, quality control, progress control and reporting of the assigned activities.
Key responsibility is to participate in project technical review committees and groups, technical decision-making processes, and other instances as required. Also, to participates in incidents classification and investigations. Proposes corrective measures and ensures compliance with project’s requirements on Process Safety to promote a risk-free environment.

The Integrated Engineering Manager is responsible for the Engineering design, procurement of equipment and materials in line with the specifications, compliance with the Integrated Basis of Design, interface management with construction to ensure build and installation programme is aligned with the engineering process, and that all Engineering work is completed in compliance with appropriate industry standards, best practices, corporate and legislative requirements.
