Activities

1. Engineering Leadership

• Oversee all matters related to Electrical Engineering, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with the approved Statement of Requirements.

• Act as the COMPANY Technical Authority for all electrical disciplines.

2. Design Oversight

• Supervise engineering deliverables to ensure constructability, operability, and flexibility of facilities.

• Review and approve CONTRACTOR key deliverables, ensuring compliance with COMPANY standards, project specifications, and international regulations.

3. Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Ensure implementation of COMPANY rules and specifications (CR’s/GS’s), as well as compliance with H3SE requirements during design.

• Provide quality assurance in procurement of materials, equipment, and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and technical quality.

4. Interface Management

• Facilitate coordination with other engineering disciplines and manage technical interfaces between Process, Safety, Rotating, Electrical, and ICSS.

• Participate actively in Project HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and PR reviews.

5. Vendor and Commissioning Support

• Support FATs and commissioning of electrical equipment, including ICSS systems such as the Electrical Monitoring and Control System (EMCS).

• Ensure proper handover of final documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to the Operations Team.

6. Project Support

• Provide technical input for contractual discussions and participate in Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).

• Contribute to digital plant development and ensure efficient interface coordination across CONTRACTORS.

7. Lessons Learned

• Prepare REX (return on experience) and capture lessons learned throughout FEED and execution phases.

• Promote workshops to integrate feedback into technical documents promptly.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Education Chartered Electrical Engineer or equivalent.

• Languages Fluent in English (mandatory).

• Professional Experience

• 10-15 years in Oil & Gas Industry or Construction field.

• +10 years in a similar role.
