Commissioning – team leader on commissioning

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the commissioning team on site.
• Plan and coordinate all commissioning activities, including testing and verification of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Work closely with Rosatom, Nuvia, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and international and local regulations.
• Provide regular reports on commissioning progress and identify potential challenges.
• Train and mentor local staff on commissioning and operational procedures.
• Develop and update commissioning documents and procedures.

Requirements

• Nuclear Power Plant Expertise: Proven expertise in commissioning nuclear power plants is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in commissioning nuclear power plants or similar projects.
• Long Term Contract: Initial contract of one year, renewable.
• Employment Conditions and Rights: In accordance with Turkish Labour Law.

Qualifications

• Degree in nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in managing commissioning projects.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of nuclear safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively with multinational teams.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish is an asset.
