Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the commissioning team on site.
- Plan and coordinate all commissioning activities, including testing and verification of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Work closely with Rosatom, Nuvia, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and international and local regulations.
- Provide regular reports on commissioning progress and identify potential challenges.
- Train and mentor local staff on commissioning and operational procedures.
- Develop and update commissioning documents and procedures.
Requirements
- Nuclear Power Plant Expertise: Proven expertise in commissioning nuclear power plants is essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in commissioning nuclear power plants or similar projects.
- Long Term Contract: Initial contract of one year, renewable.
- Employment Conditions and Rights: In accordance with Turkish Labour Law.
Qualifications
- Degree in nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in managing commissioning projects.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of nuclear safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively with multinational teams.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish is an asset.
