[University of Ouargla] First educational outing for students at the heart of the Altea Energy base

At the heart of its CSR policy in Algeria, Altea Energy has signed a cooperation agreement since 2021 with the University of Ouargla. For the launch of the 2023-2024 university program, Altea Energy welcomed a group of students during a first educational outing on December 14th at its Hassi Messaoud base.

Supervise student interns at the end of their university studies

Since 2022, the partnership with the University of Ouargla aims to supervise the higher education of students and the development of specialized skills (Specialized Masters and PGS – Specialized Post-Graduation).

Educational outings are scheduled for students in License 2 and License 3. For Master 1 and Master 2, the meeting with the professional world takes place in the form of internships.

“Every year, the Institute of Technologies of the University of Ouargla is used to organizing educational outings for its students. These events allow them to discover the business environment and to be in direct contact with the professional world. As part of our partnership, last week we welcomed a first group of 15 students in management. These educational outings are an important pilar of our collaboration with the University of Ouargla. We organize them every two months with different groups of students.“, explains El Hachemi OUKIL, Algeria Country Manager of Altea Energy.

On the agenda for this educational outing

9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: Welcome and presentation of Altea Energy and its activities, its type of management, and its partnerships in Algeria.
