Well Integrity Expert Consultant ( focal point)

The Well Integrity Expert (Focal Point) shall be fully responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of Well Integrity Management :

Responsibilities

Well Integrity Management System

• Development and implementation of company's Well Integrity Management System
• Classification of the wells according to ISO 16530-1 or NORSOK D-10.
• Digital well integrity platforms for data tracking and reporting
• Software license for company's computers. (5 license)

Well Integrity Monitoring & Surveillance

• Review and analyze Well data and files including with Maximum Allowable Pressure (MAP), Maximum Operating Pressure (MOP), Top Operating Window (TOW)
• Annulus pressure management and diagnostics
• Cement bond evaluation and casing integrity assessment
• Surface and subsurface leak detection
• Wellhead, tubing, and casing pressure analysis
• Real-time well integrity monitoring (pressure, temperature, corrosion, etc.)

Well Barrier Management

• Identification and verification of primary and secondary well barriers
• Well barrier element testing and validation
• Risk-based barrier management and mitigation planning
• Well barrier schematics and documentation

Engineering & Consulting Services

• Well integrity risk assessment.
• Root cause analysis for well failures
• Well design reviews for integrity assurance
• Life cycle well integrity evaluations

Recommendations of Well Intervention & Remediation

• Repair and remediation of well integrity issues
• Tubular repair, patching, and workover recommendations
• Plug and abandonment (P&A) planning and execution
• Remedial cementing and casing repair solutions

Regulatory Compliance & Audits

• Well integrity compliance audits
• Regulatory reporting and compliance documentation
• Provide specific assistance in interactions with the Petroleum Regulatory Authority (ARH) to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Attending Petroleum Regulatory Authority (ARH) meeting

Training & Competency Development

• Well integrity awareness and training programs.
• Certification programs for well integrity personnel
• Workshops on regulatory compliance and risk management

Database Transition & Integration Services

• Ensure full data ownership and provide structured exports in compatible formats (SQL, CSV, JSON, XML)
• Map legacy database fields to the destination system's architecture to prevent data loss
• Perform data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support for integration with third-party software
• The Focal point shall demonstrate proven competencies in well integrity diagnostics, risk assessment, remediation planning, and the application of industry standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 16530, NORSOK D-10).
