Key Activities
- Consolidation and maintenance of rollout plans for the assigned customer project.
- Monitoring and controlling rollout progress in coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and the customer.
- Operational coordination with relevant stakeholders to resolve deployment issues.
- Monitoring and validation of supplier rollout activities in line with project requirements.
- Support management of scope changes, variations, and claims according to established procedures.
- Ensuring readiness of rollout prerequisites (surveys, designs, permits, materials, resources).
- Supporting resource and manpower forecasting for rollout activities.
Deliverables
- Daily update of the Network Sites Rollout Tracker, ensuring accurate visibility of site status, milestones, backlog, and risks across all regions.
- Consolidated rollout execution plan.
- Weekly/monthly rollout progress report.
- Rollout backlog and risk dashboard.
- Rollout manpower forecast.
KPIs
- Rollout progress vs baseline plan.
- Site delivery lead time.
- Backlog evolution.
- Customer acceptance rate.
- Risk resolution lead time.
