Context & Environment
This project is supported by the maintenance department of the Flexible Power Generation entity, which manages the operation of Combined Cycle Gas Turbines (CCGT) at COMPANY.
COMPANY's fleet of power plants in Europe is made up of 9 CCGTs (7 plants) in France, Belgium and Spain, each equipped with a stock of spare parts (Approximate value 6 - 12 M€ per plant or 3500 - 6000 references per plant).
The aim of the project is to work on their spare parts inventories in order to clean up and improve our stock databases, but also to establish maximum synergy and harmonization between our sites.
The project has already undergone a phase 1 consisting of a detailed inventory of each site, the drafting of an inventory management policy document and the establishment of an implementation strategy for phase 2.
A call for tender is currently underway to appoint the company responsible for carrying out phase 2. We are looking for a person capable of managing these phase 2 activities outsourced to an expert company.
