Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering within the oil and gas industry
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
