Skills and experience
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operations of gas plant facilities, including LPG facilities, injection units, oil-gas separation facilities, dehydration, propane system, flow lines, utilities etc.
- To be familiar corrosion problems and to evaluate them in case of repair or monitoring.
- To recommend for necessary piping and vessels repairs.
- To make required process calculations (sizing of piping, valves, vessels etc.).
- To be familiar with all types of piping materials and their modification.
- To prepare scope of works for new projects and any process modifications.
- To be familiar with ASME, API and other standards.
- To have adequate experience in oil and gas fields with their process facilities.
- To create purchasing requisition to buy required piping materials and process equipment’s such as oilwater-gas separators, air compressors, air dryers etc and make required evaluations.
Experience and Characteristics Requirements
- BSC of chemical or mechanical engineering
- With 8-12 years of similar role experience in Oil & Gas projects (mandatory).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate, MS Office, MS Project etc.
- Fluency in English both Oral and Written.
Work Ethics :
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours to meet customer requirements and available for short-notice travel in support of emergency call-outs at customer sites. Exhibit an ability to work in a high conducive environment
