General Description of Role and Responsibilities
- Mechanical systems overall constriction integrity and compliance with international standards, COMPANY specifications and construction best practices.
- Effectiveness, efficiency and safety of mechanical systems activities execution
- Quality and technical integrity of mechanical systems.
- Mechanical systems design documents reviewing
- Providing technical evaluation of mechanical systems construction
- Providing mechanical systems execution technical supervision.
- Supervising power stations, compressor island stations, pumps, turbines and other dynamic equipment construction
- Reviewing contractors equipment design
- Supporting equipment commissioning and production start-up.
- Attending and accepting equipment mechanical running, string and performance test
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- Work experience of 10+ years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write specifications and reports.
