Oversee responsibilities of Fluid Tech in addition to managing and optimizing chemical program, operation of ESS’ data management system, communicating with OSRs, managing the field business practices and chemical inventory, and collaborating with other service companies on location.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Service Tool Operator, coiled tubing, and/or other completion operations experience
- Extensive knowledge in oilfield safety practices
- Team leadership or management experience
- Independently motivated with good organization and prioritization skills
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work stints away from home for up to several weeks on a regular basis.
- H2S Awareness with Fit Test and Safe Land Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required, chauffer’s or Commercial license preferred
- Basic computing skills required
- Must be willing to learn new skills and train in principles of Emerald Surf Sciences’ proprietary technologies
