Job Description Rich
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of engineers and designers to ensure successful completion of projects in the Oil & Gas Upstream industry. This role requires a strong technical background as well as excellent project management and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all engineering and design projects
- Develop and maintain project budgets
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and design
- Experience in the Oil & Gas Upstream industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of project management principles
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
