The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of engineers and designers to ensure successful completion of projects in the Oil & Gas Upstream industry. This role requires a strong technical background as well as excellent project management and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering and design projects
• Develop and maintain project budgets
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and design
• Experience in the Oil & Gas Upstream industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of project management principles
• Excellent leadership and team building skills
