Missions & Responsibilities

  • Organize and monitor the performance of drilling operations
  • Write daily operation reports, validate the reports drawn up by the contractors
  • Manage any emergency situations on site
  • Monitor the costs of all operations carried out
  • Inspect contractors’ equipment
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations for the activities placed under its responsibility
  • Communicate effectively with the Drilling Superintendent and Drilling Engineer, contractor and service companies to ensure that all technical characteristics of the drilling program are followed correctly

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Responsibility for all Instrumentation, control and safety system (CSS) in HBR field facilities including HBR Production system at REB and future new installation equipment in the field
  • Ensure all facilities are maintained in compliance with Company’s Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) policy
  • Responsible to plan, and coordinate adequate resources for all instrument and control system maintenance activities.
