Deck Construction Superintendent

Work Location RM Office Assago (Italy)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of decks and other structures
• Develop and implement construction plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
• Mentor and train junior staff members on construction techniques and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
• Work experience of 8+ years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
