The Cost Control & Planning Engineer (Project Services Manager) is responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing all project support services—including cost control, planning & scheduling, document control, procurement support, logistics, and administrative services. The position acts as a central interface between project management, corporate functions, contractors, and client teams to ensure the project is executed safely, efficiently, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
