Altea Energy participates in the “JENTHEC 2023” job fair at EHEC Algiers

Expert in recruitment for energy players, the Altea Energy team was invited on December 11, 2023 to the 14th edition of the “JENTHEC 2023” Job Fair, organized by EHEC Algiers, the “Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales”.

At the heart of its CSR policy in Algeria, the event was a unique opportunity for Antar FERKHI, Recruitment Supervisor of Altea Energy and Mohamed BIREM, Senior Sourcing Specialist, to interact with the students and present Altea Energy’s expertise but also energy jobs and careers in the industry.

“The energy sector has real opportunities to offer Algerian students, due to the great diversity and richness of its professions. EHEC students will be the driving forces of our industry tomorrow, and we are keen to encourage them to follow the energy path for their future professional careers! We met with many students, business representatives, professors and school administrators. It was an event organized mainly by the students, which was the most impressive part!”, explains Antar FERKHI, Recruitment Supervisor Algeria of Altea Energy.

An approach in line with Altea Energy’s CSR policy in Algeria

Altea Energy is an international company founded in France in 2008, and present in Algeria since 2011, in Algiers, Ouargla and Hassi Messaoud.

Specializing in technical assistance in the field of energy (oil and gas, renewables and nuclear), Altea Energy recruits energy experts and mobilizes them to its clients’ sites in more than 100 countries around the world.

Algeria is a key country of operation in which Altea Energy has mobilized numerous consultants for 15 years. At the heart of its CSR policy and to strengthen its local involvement, the signing in December 2021 of a cooperation agreement with the University of Ouargla had already made it possible to launch joint local initiatives, to intensify efforts for the benefit of students, teachers and researchers and to promote training, employability of young graduates and scientific research.
