Altea Energy trains 80 students at Kasdi Merbah University in Ouargla, Algeria

This dynamic 3-hour workshop, aimed at students of all specialties from the University of Ouargla, took place in 3 stages:

1. How to write a professional CV?
2. How to succeed in a professional job interview?
3. What are the regulations governing recruitment in Algeria?

The collective training session was led by:

• Mr. El Hachemi OUKIL – Country Manager Algeria at Altea Energy,
• Mr. Hakim BETTAYEB – HR Business Partner at Altea Energy,
• Mr. Bedreddine HADJSEYD – Expert consultant in labor legislation.

A partnership agreement initiated in 2021

This training is held as a continuation of the partnership agreement signed between Altea Energy and the University of Ouargla in December 2021 and the Training Agreement signed in January 2024 with the Ouargla employment directorate and the training directorate professional of the Wilaya of Ouargla.

Altea Energy, an economic player operating in Algeria for 15 years, reaches out to students to create bridges and strengthen links between the academic world and universities, training institutes and businesses.
