Our conference at PHENEC, beyond the presentation of our expertise, was above all an opportunity for us to give advice to students on how to get off to a good start in their professional careers in the energy sector. We emphasized the need for them to work on developing their interpersonal skills such as communication, leadership or time management.

We were also keen to explain to them the importance of networking in the development of a successful professional career with practical advice on making contact and maintaining professional relationships as well as teaching them to recognize and take opportunities. that present themselves to them, with an emphasis on flexibility and adaptability.

It was a pleasure to share this moment with them. I would like to thank the University of Ouargla for its invitation as well as our HR coordinator Miss Houda KAFI and our HR Manager Miss Khaddija Beggas for their participation and sharing their professional experiences in Oil & Gas with the students.“, explains El Hachemi OUKIL, Country Manager of Altea Energy.

“The presentation of the Altea Energy team, during which they gave an overview of the company, its services, internships and future goals, not only captivated the audience, but also played a crucial role in guiding students on their career development journey. Their ability to simplify complex ideas was truly fascinating, making the subject accessible to everyone and inspiring the pursuit of their goals.“, comment the members of the UKMO SPE student section team.
