Work Preparation / Work Pack Engineer – Nuclear Refueling Outage
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare maintenance work packs and technical documentation
- Support outage planning and execution teams
- Coordinate procedures, drawings and maintenance documentation
- Ensure compliance with outage schedules and QA/QC requirements
- Support work preparation meetings and coordination activities
- Interface with supervisors and outage coordinators
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years engineering/work preparation experience
- Previous outage/shutdown experience
- Experience in power generation or nuclear environments
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Good English communication skills
Strongly Preferred
- Previous Barakah Nuclear Power Plant experience
- APR1400 exposure
- GCC nuclear or power generation experience
- Experience preparing outage work packs
Internal Sourcing Constraints
- Prioritize candidates with previous Barakah outage experience
- Prioritize candidates with GCC nuclear project exposure
- Avoid sourcing candidates from nationalities historically facing Barakah clearance restrictions
- Preferred sourcing regions: India, South Africa, Eastern Europe and GCC-based expatriates
