Work Preparation / Work Pack Engineer – Nuclear Refueling Outage

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance work packs and technical documentation
• Support outage planning and execution teams
• Coordinate procedures, drawings and maintenance documentation
• Ensure compliance with outage schedules and QA/QC requirements
• Support work preparation meetings and coordination activities
• Interface with supervisors and outage coordinators

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years engineering/work preparation experience
• Previous outage/shutdown experience
• Experience in power generation or nuclear environments
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Good English communication skills

Strongly Preferred

• Previous Barakah Nuclear Power Plant experience
• APR1400 exposure
• GCC nuclear or power generation experience
• Experience preparing outage work packs

Internal Sourcing Constraints

• Prioritize candidates with previous Barakah outage experience
• Prioritize candidates with GCC nuclear project exposure
• Avoid sourcing candidates from nationalities historically facing Barakah clearance restrictions
• Preferred sourcing regions: India, South Africa, Eastern Europe and GCC-based expatriates
