Reporting to: JPT WHPA Engineering Manager/Deputy & WHPA & Sabratha Project Manager

Engineering Manager

Main responsibilities;

• Conceptual and Basic Design to FEED Design Integrity

• Preparation of pertinent ITT scope of work, provide technical advice and

administrate the engineering contracts

• Ensure application of relevant laws and regulations, HSEQ local norms and

COMPANY standards

Key activities:

• Facilities Engineering planning and monitoring (schedule, WBS, cost and

compliance of work to project specifications)

• Reviewing Design Reviews and EPC / EPIC Contractors Engineering Plan

• Identifying and adopting correct engineering and HSEQ standards according to

COMPANY standards and local norms and legislation

• Managing the engineering team

Minimum & mandatory qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree (B. Sc) in Mechanical / Chemical / Structural

Engineering from an accredited university.

• 10 years of Oil and Gas Experience.

• 10 years of on shore / offshore engineering experience

• Excellent spoken and written English and proven ability to write specifications

and reports.
