Scope of Work
Provide operational governance, coordination, and performance management of subcontractors supporting rollout activities in Algeria, ensuring that service suppliers are effectively mobilized, coordinated, and performing in line with delivery commitments while meeting required standards in capacity, quality and HSSE.
Key Activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Project Management, Procurement, HSE) to ensure suppliers are ready to support the rollout plan.
- Monitor supplier capacity and readiness to meet the aggressive ramp-up requirements.
- Track supplier performance against agreed KPIs (delivery, quality, cost efficiency, H&S).
- Support supplier performance reviews and drive improvement actions where required.
- Facilitate operational coordination between suppliers and internal teams to address execution challenges.
- Support contract governance and assist in the follow-up of supplier claims and operational issues.
- Provide consolidated reporting on supplier performance, risks, and capacity.

- Weekly Supplier capacity and resource tracking dashboard.
- Monthly subcontractor performance report.
- Improvement action plan for underperforming suppliers.
- Issue and escalation tracking report.
KPIs
- Resource mobilization vs forecast.
- Supplier delivery performance vs rollout plan.
- Quality acceptance rate of subcontractor work.
- HSSE compliance rate.
- Issue resolution lead time.
