Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to clients during SAP Enable Now implementation.
- Build strategy and configure SAP Enable Now, including customization, design, content templates, and branding.
- Enable content authors by delivering solution overviews, simulation recordings
- Manage technical implementation activities such as planning workshops, setting up and configuring SAP Enable Now instances..etc
- Collaborate with SAP teams to ensure smooth content integration and user adoption.
- Continuously learn SAP S/4HANA to support client success in packaged delivery projects.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now Web Assistant and Desktop Assistant.
- Strong skills in strategy building, configuration, and content author enablement.
- Experience in technical implementation and user access management.
- Good communication skills and client-facing experience.
- Fluent in English and French
