Main Activities
- Administration: notifications, variations, invoicing, etc.
- Ensuring that the subcontractor's mobilization is perfectly in line with the operation sequences/project schedule.
- Managing disputes/claims from companies.
- Monitoring progress (scheduling, documentation, Non-quality, etc.) in connection with the project teams.
- Feedback.
- Issuing initial/final cost statistics.
Required Skills
- Mastery of subsea activities for contract/order placement.
- Experience in the large projects sector for "oil & gas" .
- Mastery of the know-how of subcontracting monitoring processes, conducting clarification meetings with companies, preparing variations, contributing to project management recommendations, etc.
- Knowledge of standard office software.
- Autonomy/Curiosity/Proactivity.
