We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage and coordinate a portfolio of non-routine OPEX and CAPEX brownfield modifications and life-extension projects from initiation through to final close-out. Based in Westhill, this role involves working closely with operator asset teams, technical authorities, and third-party contractors to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective offshore construction scopes. Key responsibilities include managing full project lifecycles, leading SIMOP and constructability reviews, overseeing Call For Tender (CFT) processes, and maintaining tight cost and change controls. Candidates must hold an engineering degree and possess at least 15 years of industry experience—including 10+ years in project engineering, 5+ years directly with an operator, and a proven track record delivering major offshore life-extension scopes such as accommodation upgrades, crane replacements, or lifeboat installations.
