Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of array cable lay installation and repair projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with offshore teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Monitor project performance against timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure all project activities comply with HSE regulations and company standards
• Manage documentation, reporting, and project governance requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholders
• Support procurement and vendor management activities related to cable installation and repair

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within offshore wind, subsea cable, or marine installation projects
• Strong understanding of array cable lay, installation, and repair operations
• Experience in coordinating offshore and onshore project elements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
• Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred
• Relevant offshore or marine project experience highly desirable
