Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of array cable lay installation and repair projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with offshore teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Monitor project performance against timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure all project activities comply with HSE regulations and company standards
- Manage documentation, reporting, and project governance requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholders
- Support procurement and vendor management activities related to cable installation and repair
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within offshore wind, subsea cable, or marine installation projects
- Strong understanding of array cable lay, installation, and repair operations
- Experience in coordinating offshore and onshore project elements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred
- Relevant offshore or marine project experience highly desirable
