Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or proven experience of at least 1 to 2 years within an Recruitment Administration role required
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Capable and motivated to perform even the monotonous work
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Detail oriented skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent use of English
  • IT proficiency, especially MS-Office
  • Previous work experience on Bullhorn or any similar Application Tracking System (ATS) preferred

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the Admin Recruiter e-mail account by confirming reception to the candidates and register their data to Bullhorn, our chosen ATS.
  • Constantly update and manage the ATS candidates’ records by refreshing CVs, Certifications and/or personal details.
  • Assist our Recruiters in uploading their shortlisted candidates and vacancies onto the system.
  • Support Recruitment Team by formatting CVs
  • Make sure Bullhorn ATS always holds accurate and actualised information.
