SCOPE OF SERVICE
CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL is accountable for the following activities:
• Follow, Monitor and Supervise Piping activities carried out by EPC CONTRACTOR and Subcontractor/Vendors at the main Topside Construction worksite and at Subcontractor’s facilities during the execution phases, to ensure that his discipline’s contractual and technical requirements are duly applied by Contractor and/or Subcontractors.
• To ascertain that the facilities are built as per the project requirements; verify that EPC Contractor and Subcontractors are using latest AFC drawings, fabrication procedures and methodologies.
• Report on a day-to-day basis directly to PVV Superintendent
• Work alongside other PVV supervisors, and, as such, provides accurate progress and/or technical issues on daily basis.
• Accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour about HSSE rules & requirements and ensures compliance with quality standards.
• Search for the most efficient technical solutions.
• Possibility of involvement in his discipline activities during hook-up, installation and offshore commissioning phases.

activities.
• To carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws and regulations,
agreed COMPANY priorities and objectives, COMPANY standards and procedures and good industry
practices.
• To treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality.
• During construction and pre-commissioning phases, the CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL shall:
Surveillance plans, Inspection and test plans,
erection,
QC inspection team (e.g. RT, UT, MPI, PMI, etc.);
activities.
support to the PVV Superintendent in its various reviews
activity reports.
changes agreed by COMPANY in order for safe and efficient work performance.
Ensure that EPC Contractor and Subcontractor’s personnel are qualified for the task they’ve been
assigned to.
Responsible for monitoring EPC Contractor’s tools, equipment & manpower resources are in
accordance with approved mobilization plan and report to PVV Superintendent.
Assist reporting during all phases and more particularly the close-out report and lesson learn.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the Permit to Work system.
• If required by management, the PVV Supervisor will have to work during weekend and/or night
shift during critical activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Have an Associate's or BS degree in a technical field or extensive oil & gas Construction
experience.
• Have strong working knowledge & experience of construction yard.
• Professional Experience (number of years): 10.
• Experience within project: (number of years): 5.
• Piping experience is required on topsides EPCIC Project and practical knowledge of Oil & gas
Industry practices & applicable codes and standards such as ASME, API, ISO, ASTM, etc.
• Conversant with General Arrangement, Piping drawings, Test pack dossier, ICAPS system
• Good leadership skills and good communication skills.
• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
• Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets
and e-mail communications. Familiar with PRODOM/MANASA a benefit
• Mandatory language is English & Local language based on EPC location (Mandarin for WHP and CPP,
Korean for CPP)
• H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
