Project Planner

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our professional services team. The role involves overseeing Project Schedule & Budget Planning & Evaluation for oil & gas mega projects. Responsibilities include defining project scope, creating work schedules, estimating resources and costs, and collaborating with the project manager to ensure task coordination and timely completion.

Requirements

• Min. 10+ years in oil & gas mega projects as a project planner, specializing in project management, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Outline project scope, set start and delivery dates, define goals and objectives.
• Analyze project phases for budget determination.
• Track project costs, estimate timelines, and manage resources for on-time delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays and budget overruns.
• Provide reports on deviations, prepare internal and external project reports.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders on resource allocation and work scheduling.
• Assist the project manager in improving performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate multiple projects, self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Wide knowledge of project management and software (e.g., Zoho, GanttPRO, Wrike, Primavera).

Experience and Characteristics Requirements

• Min. B.S.C from a recognized university.
• Prefer PMP Certification or Equivalent.
• 8-12 years of oil & gas project planning experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong supervisory skills and execution of engineering activities.
